Ten things necessary to grow a Caribbean economy
Entrepreneurs have a hard time in the Caribbean. They find it hard to enthuse
the governments, banks and local people about their ideas. However, the
determined ones have sidestepped all the red tape and prejudices to start small
businesses. More need to be done to help young people start-up.
Instead of getting business people from abroad to settle and exploit the local
markets more should be done by trade departments and financial institutions to
give the young entrepreneurs a push off.
